I'm Murase, NIHONBASHI store.
Thanks to Mr. Tozaki in charge of purchasing YONAGO,
A raw whitebait arrived directly from a fisherman in Sakaiminato!
I don't know how it looks, but it's iced.
We all tasted it a while ago,
It was very fresh and pre-pre.
For that reason
Tomorrow, we will do "Raw Shirasu-don" for lunch limited to 20 meals!
Please come and eat.
