Hello, this is the office Tachibana.
The specialty Food contest was held recently by INATAYA employees!
★ What is a specialty Food contest?
"Improving menu planning skills, cooking skills, and presentation skills"
Held with the aim of "Creating Food that will become INATAYA specialty,"
INATAYA's new Food contest.
The application theme is "Products that always show one dish at each customer table"
This year, the first year, there were 18 applications from each store.
Since the genre was not asked
A variety of Food are gathered!
Today, from the products we received
Here are the Food that have passed the first screening.
1. Tuna carpaccio-fish sauce and balsamic sauce-
[Shinjuku west exit store: Mr. Kohata]
A dish made with hon-tuna fish sauce from YONAGO Tottori Prefecture.
Beer also Japan by combining the balsamic vinegar and fish sauce Sake also easy to fit in

2. Beef tongue fish sauce smoke
