旬食材を使用した 料理人が手掛ける《こだわりの特別料理》に
蔵人が自ら 相性の良い《美味しい日本酒》を提案することで
料理と酒のマリアージュをご堪能いただく、コラボレーションイベントです。
2回目となる今回は
旬を迎えた鳥取県産「ジビエ×きのこ」を使った特別料理と
その魅力を引立てる秋の美酒をご用意します！
